
The General Secretariat (SG), as part of the Executive Management of the National University of Agriculture, is responsible for recording, safeguarding, archiving and attesting to all academic and administrative acts that occur in the institution. It is the official internal and external communication body of the University, which has a Secretary General.
In this instance, we promote full compliance with the functions established under the premise of developing a culture of quality with commitment, efficiency, transparency, rational use of resources and seeking continuous improvement in the processes to ensure user satisfaction.
In order to fulfill its functions and provide timely attention, the General Secretariat has offices such as: the Secretariat of the Higher University Council and Institutional Records, the Academic Studies and Records Unit, which includes the Registration Section, the Statistics and Scholarships Section, the Archive Section, and the Degrees and Certification Section.
