It is the body of the National University of Agriculture under its responsibility:

1. Advise the Rector and university authorities in legal and contentious matters of the National University of Agriculture.
2. To handle the contentious processes of the National University of Agriculture; for which he/she will count on the team of legal professionals for its procuration.
3. Assist in legal matters to the university community in institutional matters; and,
4. All other functions stipulated in these Bylaws, its Regulations and others derived therefrom.
